Once inside this vacation home, the living space is laid out on the second story and sleeping arrangements are on the third story. The master suite has a great deck for stargazing or evening sunsets. Bring your boat! Boat parking is available for your use.

Floor plan: Ground floor – plenty of parking and a outdoor shower; Second Floor – living room with large flat-screen tv, recliner, sofas, dining area, reading area where you can snuggle up with your favorite book (Kindle) and game table, for puzzles or a game of cribbage. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, and dishes for making your favorite dishes. Moving island will allow you to take full advantage of the expanding dinning table for the whole family to sit and enjoy meals together. Covered deck where you can spend hours entertaining or sheltering and watching a grandios thunder storm, also a half bath; Third Floor – Guest bedroom one with queen bed and water view; Guest bedroom two with queen bed and flat-screen tv; Master suite furnished with king bed, full bath (shower), and bay-view deck. Linens are white or light shades of gray with a touch of color to bring in the colors of the coast.
